Our Story
It started with Grandma’s sourdough recipe and a belief that breakfast deserves better than oatmeal and pancakes. That belief became Waffles, INCaffeinated—a full-service, Waffles-themed restaurant with great coffee and a genuinely gourmet morning, built on bold recipes, real ingredients, and real care.
We opened in New Brighton, PA, in 2010 with 20 seats. Today, we’re six locations strong across greater Pittsburgh. Waffles are our heart, but the menu runs deep—omelettes, breakfast plates, sandwiches, French toast—most of it customizable. Our “Build Your Own” waffles and omelettes are our best-sellers. Fresh food, never microwaved. An allergen-friendly waffle option made without gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, or added sugar. We appeal to all family members, it’s why people keep coming back.
Behind it all: our central kitchen in Beaver, PA, preparing roughly 40 house-made staples—batters, syrups, sausage gravy, and more—so every location tastes consistently great, and every franchisee within a two-hour radius has this support.

An alternate menu for afternoon and early evening hours—tested before the COVID emergency, built to turn extra hours into extra revenue, if you choose.
Waffles, INCaffeinated Express™
A smaller, urban-ready format for take-out and delivery: 15 to 25 seats in 1,000 to 1,250 square feet—a newer addition to our lineup, not yet operating in market.
